Platinum Stock Analyzer provides daily EPS revision data aggregated from third-party financial data sources for informational and research purposes. The Service is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. See our Financial Disclaimer.

• Paid plans grant access to additional data features as described on the site.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
• Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or paywall features
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

All content, design, and code of the Service is owned by Platinum Stock Analyzer. Underlying market data is sourced under license from third-party providers and remains their property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platinum Stock Analyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
